Какие данные мы собираем
We collect only what we need to arrange your charter (PDPA data minimisation): your name and mobile number, an email if you sign in or pay online, your booking details (boat, date, guests, pickup), and payment records. Card details are tokenised by our payment provider and never reach our servers. Insurance and passenger details are handled offline at the pier.
Как мы их используем
Your data is used to confirm and operate your booking, take payment, issue tax invoices, send service messages (confirmations, receipts, pre-charter reminders), and — only if you opt in — marketing emails. We do not sell your data or use advertising trackers.
Ваши права
Under Thailand’s PDPA you may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and withdraw marketing consent at any time. Signed-in customers can export their data or delete their account from “My bookings”. You can also contact us for any data request.
Хранение данных
Tax invoices and financial records are retained for the period required by Thai law. Other personal data is kept only as long as needed for your bookings; un-converted enquiries and stale personal data are purged on a schedule. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
